Description
A Compensation and Benefits Manager to:
- Manage the full reward function
- Line manage a reward advisor
- Provide technical reward expertise including pay, pensions, and benefits
- Support the organisation in attracting and retaining talent
- Look at their pay modelling
- Managing pension schemes
- Review cyclical activities
- Review their job evaluation and grading systems
- Align the reward policies and practices to the overall organisational strategy
- Other to be confirmed
Profile
A Compensation and Benefits Manager with:
- Previous experience working in a fast paced and matrix organisation
- Previous line management experience
- Previous experience working in NFP or public sector setting
- Previous experience leading a reward function
