Are you a recent Sports Graduate looking for an exciting opportunity to work in schools across Leeds? We have both short-term ad hoc and long-term/permanent positions available in varying primary schools across Leeds.
Position Details:
* Location: Primary Schools across Leeds
* Pay Rate: £85-£95 per day
* Roles Available: Behaviour Support Worker, Classroom Assistants, SEMH Support, Autism Support
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide empathetic and nurturing support to students
* Manage challenging behaviour with strong behaviour management skills
* Set clear boundaries and create a positive learning environment
* Support students with SEMH and Autism through targeted interventions and group work
Ideal Candidate:
* Recent Sports Graduate
* Strong ability to manage and support challenging behaviour
* Empathetic and nurturing approach towards students
* Ability to set clear boundaries and maintain a positive learning atmosphere
