Family Solicitor

We are recruiting for an experienced Family Solicitor on behalf of one our best clients in Newcastle. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, delivering high-quality partner-led advice with exceptional personal service to clients.
Day-to-day of the role:
• Engage in client contact, building trust and rapport while managing expectations.

• Provide legal advice on a range of family law matters.

• Draft applications, deeds, and agreements with precision and care.

• Perform advocacy duties as required.

• Participate in business development activities to enhance the firm’s client base and reputation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• All levels of experience will be considered but ideally looking for someone who is 4 years+ PQE in family law.

• Experience of running a private caseload independently.

• Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively.

• Comfortable working in a diverse and busy team environment.

• Excellent IT skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven advocacy experience.
