Sales & Export Coordinator

Elevation Recruitment are excited to be working with a great business based in Chesterfield in their search for a Sales & Export Coordinator.

You will work with the wider Operations Team to ensure the efficient delivery of products including managing customer queries, processing orders, coordinating shipments, and problem-solving through internal communication channels.

Duties and Responsibilities Sales & Export Coordinator:
* Process  and prioritise customer orders accurately
* Ensure orders have accurate part numbers, pricing, freight terms and export documentation
* Act as first point of contact for the customer providing updates on product availability, pricing, shipping dates, and tracking
* Ensure compliance with Incoterm rules for all shipments
* Arrange logistics with freight forwarders and negotiating pricing when necessary
* Process product including the credit process
* Coordinate with internal departments including Sales and Operations
* Participate in team and cross-departmental meetings
Key skills of the Sales & Export Coordinator:
* Experience in a customer service environment essential 
* Knowledge of export documentation and requirements desirable 
* Used to working in a busy office environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
