Purchase Ledger Clerk/Finance Assistant!
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about finance? Our Warrington based client are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk/Finance Assistant to join their growing team in Warrington. This ongoing temporary role offers the exciting potential to become permanent, providing a great opportunity for career progression.
What You’ll Do:
* Invoice Processing: Accurately process invoices, ensuring timely payments and proper coding.
* Reconciliation: Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
* Payment Runs: Prepare and process payment runs, including BACS and cheque payments.
* Expense Management: Assist in managing company expenses and employee reimbursements.
* Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including handling queries and maintaining financial records.
