#### Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
- Adapting to different school environments and classrooms.
- Following school policies and procedures to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- Marking and assessing students’ work in line with school policies.
- Collaborating with school staff to ensure continuity of learning.
#### Requirements:
- **Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)** is essential.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and year groups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student achievement.
