Learning Support Assistant - Complex Needs. Prospero Teaching are working closely with a large organisation who provide educational support to children with significant learning difficulties, autism and behavioural challenges. The college supports students aged 16-19 year old and is based in Oldham and is easily accessed by road and public transport links and offers free parking on site. . The Role will consist of:. * Providing tailored support and working with children with SEN and complex needs. * Personal care is involved. * Creating a safe environment that allows children and other students have fun, learn and succeed. * Academic support. The Ideal candidate:. * Experience of supporting pupils with SEN on a voluntary or paid basis OR/ experience of supporting those with complex needs in a care setting. * Driven, energetic and keen to pursue a career in education and special needs. Position Details:. * LOCATION - Oldham (OL8). * POSITION - Complex Needs Learning Support Assistant. * CONTRACT TYPE - Temporary - Permanent. * MINIMUM DAILY RATE - £90. * HOURS - Full time Monday - Friday 8.30am -3.40pm. * START DATE - ASAP.
