Senior Private Client Solicitor 6+ PQE
* Location: Gloucestershire
* Job Type: Full-time
* Salary: Up to £85.000 DOE
An award-winning, modern, and dynamic law firm is looking for a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join their expanding office in the heart of Cotswolds. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced solicitor to drive a resilient and varied legal practice, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to the firm’s outstanding client care and high-quality work in private client matters. The role would be perfect for Senior Associates ready to become a Salaried Partner.
Day-to-day of the role: * Work on probate matters, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA), and tax-related issues.
* Provide supervision and guidance to junior lawyers within the team.
* Attend marketing and networking events to represent and promote the firm.
* Deliver presentations both externally and internally, enhancing the firm’s visibility and reputation.
* Engage with the community by giving talks at local care homes and charity groups.
* Manage a varied caseload with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines/targets.
* Work independently with full administrative support, while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
Required Skills & Qualifications: * A qualified Private Client Solicitor with 6+ years of post-qualification experience or equivalent.
* Strong understanding of private client law, including probate, LPA, and tax matters.
* Proven ability to work without supervision and provide leadership within a legal practice.
* Excellent legal and leadership skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise a varied caseload.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a commitment to community engagement.
