* Communicate effectively with customers, explaining claim processes and updates.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth claim handling.
* Ensure all claims are handled in compliance with industry regulations.
* Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.
* Escalate complex claims to senior team members when necessary.
* Identify potential fraudulent claims and report them accordingly.
* Contribute to team meetings and training sessions.
