Description
* Deliver high-level customer service to a diverse customer base
* Ensure all customer queries and complaints are resolved in a timely manner
* Support clients with any queries that they may have in respect of orders or queries.
* Provide product knowledge and technical support to clients
* Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on all interactions
* Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures
* Regularly communicate with management about customer feedback and potential improvements
Profile
A successful Customer Support Consultant should have:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Proficient in the use of customer service software and tools
