We are looking for a self-motivated, creative Designer, ideally with experience in outerwear and dresses, to join our small, fast-paced, supporting team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong commercial eye and passion for the products. Responsibilities: * Researching trends and creating mood boards and colour palettes.
* Sourcing fabrics and trims.
* Attending client meetings and presenting ranges to clients.
* Working on high street accounts.
* Designing for our own brand.
* Travelling within the UK and aboard
* Visiting factories for development
* Comp shopping
* Attending photoshoots
* Attending fit meetings
* Working on Social media
* Managing junior and interns
* General admin and office tasks
