Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator to join our team in Kettering. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our mortgage advisors, ensuring the smooth processing of mortgage applications from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist mortgage advisors with the preparation and submission of mortgage applications.
* Liaise with clients, lenders, and solicitors to gather necessary documentation and information.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all mortgage applications.
* Monitor the progress of applications and provide regular updates to clients and advisors.
* Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the mortgage or financial services industry.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
