Our client, a reputable Legal 500 Firm, is actively seeking a skilled Solicitor to join their Wills and Probate team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a role where you’ll inherit a thriving caseload and receive administrative support from an experienced full-time Paralegal.

Type of work: * Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Deeds of variation
* Probate matters (to include tax and trusts and complex estate accounts)
* Dealing with elderly clients and mental health matters
* Court of Protection and Public Guardian matters
* Dealing with discretionary and nil rate band trusts
* Undertaking home, hospital and residential care home visits
