Job Description:
Signet are partnering with a leading Insurer, to support in the search of a Pensions Data Onboarding Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. They are ideally looking for someone with knowledge of the Financial services market, ideally life and pensions. In this role, you will support the Head of Transition with the successful onboarding of one area of their pension business to their pricing and administration platform.
Specifically, you will:
• Liaise with key stakeholders during the implementation cycle to understand requirements, data, processes and systems, and to make recommendations.
• Perform analysis of defined benefit datasets and report on the data
• Configure data parameters and perform transformation of data
• Load data and complete reconciliation and control totals for audit purposes and upload to ULP’s in-house platform in preparation for administration. Record data changes for movement and cleansed data and keep a full audit trail of all benefit and data items throughout the lifecycle of the onboarding process
• Monitor the quality of data
• Deliver a range of minor change or data requests
• Highlighting areas for potential development
• Support knowledge sharing across the team and the development of others as appropriate.
• Conduct risk analysis on incidents; escalating as appropriate quickly and efficiently.
• Ad hoc tasks as required
To be considered, you must have:
• Knowledge of defined benefits pension schemes, including data and benefit specifications.
• Experience of large pensions data migrations.
• Strong data analytical skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
This organisation work in a hybrid way, and are 1-2 days from home, 3-4 in the office based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
