In this role, you are the primary contact for providing top quality service and maintenance to HVAC systems. We work within a set timeframe and according to a defined process, service agreement and customer needs.

What you will do
As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be working on service, maintenance and repair work on various HVAC equipment installed at our clients’ facilities. This is a mobile role within the Midlands area; however, we also provide out of region support in other locations in the UK. That includes working away for a maximum of 10 weeks across the year, with hotel stay over.
In this role you are the primary contact for all technical service issues, responsible for trouble shooting and resolving highly complex systems within a set timeframe and according to a defined process, service agreement and customer needs.
You will be involved with commissioning, servicing, repair, and installation works. With the work completed according to set specifications and customer expectations to support our client sites. Our Service Technicians provide technical experience and mentoring to less experienced service team members and coordinate on site work activity. Health and Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do.
What we look for
* Proven experience as an HVAC Service Engineer, Chiller experience would also be helpful.
* Relevant technical qualifications in HVAC: NVQ level 2 or equivalent F-Gas Certificate.
* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components: DX, Split & VRV systems, AHUs & ventilation plant.
* Experience with major manufacturers such as Daikin, Hitachi and Mitsubishi Electric, Toshiba etc.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* A full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required (on average 10 weeks over a 12 month period)
