Principal Designer (BSA 2022) Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive site inspections across a varied portfolio, ensuring each week brings fresh challenges and excitement.
* Lead design meetings with clients, providing expert design compliance consultancy under BSA 2022.
* Ensure all designs adhere to the latest building control legislation.
Principal Designer (BSA 2022) Requirements
* In-depth knowledge of building control and building regulations.
* Membership in a professional body: CABE, MICE, RIBA.
* A degree in a technical building qualification such as Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture (preferred).
