Job Description:
Senior Litigation Lawyer
Venn Group are partnered with a leading regional firm in Northamptonshire known for its commitment to excellence and reputation for dispute resolution.
Responsibilities:
* Handle a diverse caseload of complex litigation matters
* Acting on matters such as insolvency, shareholder disputes, and debt recovery
* Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution methods
* Assist junior team members with adhoc advice
Qualifications:
* Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with a minimum of 3 years PQE in commercial litigation
* Strong advocacy skills with a track record in handling complex commercial litigation cases
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment
