* Qualified solicitor with 3+ years of PQE in residential property
* Proven experience handling a range of residential property transactions
* Strong client management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
