Group Controller (Head of) - FinTech scaleup

£120/130k basic + options

Talentedge are proud to be partnering again with one of London’s fastest growing FinTech scaleups who need no introduction!
Owing to international scale (both in terms of geographical location and new product launches), we are seeking an ambitious & progressive Group Controller (Head of level) to take ownership over the financial control and reporting function.
Key responsibilities:
* Continue to evolve and improve existing processes, using technology as much as possible to automate
* Prepare consolidated monthly management accounts with analysis and commentaries
* Have ownership over statutory reporting and tax work
* Produce investor and other stakeholder reporting packs
* Project lead for an upcoming ERP implementation (likely NetSuite)
* Mentor a superstar finance team & in time continue to grow
Profile:
* ACA qualified
* Blue-chip experience post qualifying and then more recently PE backed tech business (preference for D2C platform)
* Technically strong with IFRS reporting
* Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel
* Experienced with building best-in-class finance functions, including people/systems/processes
* ERP implementation experience
* Strong experience with revenue recognition & billing
* Effective communicator, comfortable working with teams across the business (domestic & international)
