The Role
This job involves managing and coordinating statutory school appeals administration and clerking duties. You are expected to work in line with both school and statutory policies, ensuring that all appeals information is processed accurately and in a timely manner. Interaction with various stakeholders is a regular part of this role, hence, strong communication skills are essential. Experience in managing confidential and sensitive information is also a vital prerequisite for this role.
The Candidate
* Knowledge of the impact of Adverse Child Experiences and the principles of Trauma Informed Care when dealing with homeless people who have complex needs
* Knowledge of the Care Act and Housing legislation and the available support in relation to single homeless adults
* Knowledge of welfare benefits and other support that is avaliable to residents.
