Head of FP&A – FinTech scaleup

Hybrid – (WFH + City office)

£120/130k basic + options

Talentedge are delighted to be partnering with a rapid-scale FinTech scaleup who have scaled headcount 6x over the last couple of years, on a newly created role within their expanding finance team.
We’d love to speak with you if you are a strong analyst and confident business partner, excited by the opportunity to directly partner with a superstar CFO who has extensive sector-specific credentials, in a hybrid commercial role (FP&A / commercial finance / strategy / data analytics / business partnering), with daily access to C Suite conversations and interactions. Key responsibilities to include:
* Lead on company-wide budgeting, forecasting & planning
* Partner closely with Sales / Account Management / Commercial / Product & Engineering functions
* Lead on pricing strategies for new and existing products
* Create business cases and complex financial models to drive forward business decision making
* Produce investor and other stakeholder reporting packs
* Support CFO on future fundraising and M&A activities
* Implement a planning tool
Profile:
* Investment banking / management consultancy background or qualified accountant with strong academics
* A high growth tech background (preferably D2C platform) post blue-chip or private equity experience
* Mathematical and data driven in approach . Advanced financial modeller
* Strategic and inquisitive thinker
* Effective communicator, comfortable working with teams across the business
* Established business partner who is experienced with advising, challenging and influencing senior stakeholders (internal and external)
