Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Finance Officer to join a dynamic Finance team. This is a full-time temporary position for approximately 3 months.
This role is pivotal in managing the Sales Ledger and student invoicing, ensuring tight control over student debt.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Ledger Management: Handle student fee invoicing, accommodation charges, and other student-related invoices.
* Debt Management: Ensure timely processing of direct debits and manage student debt.
* Financial Reconciliation: Perform monthly, termly, and year-end reconciliations.
* Communication: Liaise with students, university fees team, and third-party debt collectors.
Essential Criteria:
* Experience working in Sales Ledger/Credit Control
* Intermediate Excel skills
