The Role:
In essence, this is a tenancy management and contract monitoring role, carrying out inspections, identifying disrepair and liaising with the providers of temporary accommodation on behalf of our client’s tenants.
You will communicate requirements effectively to our providers and our tenants. They will be responding to formal complaints and enquiries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a patch and covering an office duty and whilst there is homeworking, depending on their inspection schedule, this is likely to be limited to one or two days per week.
The Candidate:
* The ideal candidate will have experience in at least one of the following areas: tenancy management, estate management, void inspections, identifying Category 1 and 2 hazards.
* Knowledge of temporary accommodation is essential
* The ideal candidate will be educated to GCSE/Equivalent level
* Knowledge of Housing Liaison practices
* Procurement experience is desirable
