Job Description:
Pensions Associate
Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are currently partnered with an established third-party administrator who have offices in London & Farnborough. They were once an in-house administrator but over-time have evolved into a TPA where they now offer the highest of services to all clients.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Process all aspects of membership administration
* Respond to members queries via email or telephone
* Adhere and agree to deadlines with members and clients to resolve any issues they have
Essential Criteria:
* Strong DB experience
* Ability to complete manual calculations accurately
* Good understanding of the pension legislation
