Credit Controller
3-6 month contract with potential to go perm for the right candidate 
Wakefield 
Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a large, very well established, logistics business in Normanton. This role is for a 3-6 month FTC initially but there is scope for the role to go permanent for the right candidate. The position will be a full Credit Control position with the main focus being on getting the aged debt percentage down. You would be working within a fast paced office but the finance team are very supportive of each other and full company training will be provided.

Key responsibilities
* Full responsibility of running the Credit Control Function
* Managing customer Credit limits
* Carrying out credit checks on new customers
* Collecting of overdue accounts via phone and letter
* Cash allocation
* Dealing with invoice queries
* Monthly reporting of customer spends
* Addition ad hoc duties as and when required
To be successful considered for this role, you will bring the following experience / skills:
* Experience of working within a credit control position is essential
* Qualifications to GCSE or NVQ2 level with passes in Maths and English at grade 3
* MS Office packages with VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables is desirable but training can be provided
