Job Description:
This Executive Assistant role is a critical support position within the Property industry, primarily offering high-level administrative assistance to a dynamic team in the Secretarial & Business Support department.

Description
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to a diverse team.
* Manage and organise meetings, including the coordination of schedules.
* Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Coordinate internal and external communication.
* Manage projects and conduct research as needed.
* Act as the first point of contact for the department.
* Perform other duties as assigned related to the role of Executive Assistant.
Profile
A successful ’Executive Assistant’ should have:
* A strong educational background, preferably with a degree in Business or related field.
* Experience in a similar role in the Property industry.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software.
* A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
