Locum Senior Occupational Therapist
Position: Senior Occupational Therapist

Hours: Mon-Fri, 3 days per week (flexible days)
Shift: 08:00 - 16:00

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough assessments, treatments, and management for an acute inpatient caseload.
* Focus on admission prevention, discharge planning, and rehabilitation within a challenging environment.
* Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning and autonomy in decision-making.
* Manage a diverse caseload effectively, balancing capacity and demand.
Requirements:
* Extensive awareness and experience in the OT process in an acute setting.
* Ability to work independently without supervision.
* Sound clinical reasoning skills under challenging conditions.
* Proven capability to handle a varied and demanding caseload.
Additional Information:
* This role is exclusively for Senior Occupational Therapists; junior candidates will not be considered.
* Flexible working days are available; however, the core shift is 08:00 to 16:00.
