Team Manager, £44ph, Safeguarding, Somerset
Pertemps are recruiting for a qualified and experienced Team Manager to join the Family Safeguarding Service. The postholder will be leading a Family Safeguarding team which is fully staffed, with a balance of experienced and newly qualified workers. They will work with skilled adult-focussed practitioners and enjoy positive relationships with managers in the agencies who are part of the Family Safeguarding model.

Requirements:
* Supervisory and management experience
* Substantial experience working with children and families in social work
* Passionate about relationship-based social work
* Qualified social worker registered with Social Work England
