The Emerging Talent Advisor role is pivotal in attracting, recruiting, and developing emerging talent across the organisation, delivering operational aspects of the talent programmes, and contributing to strategic projects

Description
Reporting in to the Emerging Talent Manager, and working as part of a small Emerging Talent team, the Advisor will play a pivotal role in the attraction, selection and development of apprentice and graduate recruits for a specific client base.
You will be responsible for (but not limited to);
* Collaborating with the emerging talent manager, diversity and inclusion advisor, and digital team to craft and implement the online marketing strategy for emerging talent recruitment
* Supporting on social media and in-person event activity to drive the attraction of diverse talent
* Managing key stakeholders and relationships in relation to internal assessments and ATS-providers
* Reviewing and refining selection tools and processes, providing constructive feedback to candidates, with a top-tier candidate experience at the forefront of all activity
* Managing the onboarding process for graduates and apprentices, offering pastoral care and support in their development
* Building strong relationships with emerging talent and key stakeholders within the division to understand and meet their development needs
* Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators, regulatory updates, and retention trends
* Engaging with future talent through regular communications and social media
* Suggesting improvements and supporting the development of the emerging talent assistant
Profile
The ideal candidate will ideally have demonstrable experience from within a recruitment role, ideally within early careers or apprenticeship recruitment. Previous experience from within a legal or property environment would be ideal
You must be adept at developing positive working relationships with a breadth of internal and external stakeholders, be detail-oriented and able to manage a busy portfolio
The role is based in Manchester, with some requirement to travel to Leeds and Birmingham on occasion
