The key responsibilities of an HR Advisor candidate will include, but may not be limited to;
* Provide comprehensive HR advice to managers and employees
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies
* Manage employee relations issues including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
* Support recruitment processes, ensuring they are efficient and effective
* Facilitate training and development programs
* Contribute to HR projects as required
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records
* Comply with all relevant legal and ethical guidelines pertaining to HR
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field
* Proficiency in HR management systems
* Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and best practice
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
* Ability to commute to Sheffield
