This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a thriving organisation, contributing to the efficient procurement processes that drive the success of the business.
Administrator Responsibilities:
* Support the procurement team in day-to-day administrative tasks and activities
* Assist with the sourcing and procurement of goods, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
* Create and manage purchase orders
* Collaborate with approved suppliers and ensure correct pricing
* Enter all goods received on to the system
* Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information
Requirements of the Administrator:
* The ability to manage a busy workload
* Ideally from a manufacturing background
* Strong organisational skills 
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail
