You will be a confident communicator who is comfortable working in an open plan office, have experience working with a wide range of customers and can resolve queries efficiently and effectively.
The Role
* Aged Debt collection
* Process understanding
* Reporting on debts
* Posting cash received and reconciling accounts
* Customer account support
* Reviewing credit applications and new account openings
Personal Specification
* 3 Years Credit Control experience
* Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to trouble shoot effectively
* A high level of proficiency in Excel is a requirement to be successful in this role
* Confident communicator
