A HR Advisor is required to support the Human Resources department in managing all HR activities within our blue firm. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the delivery of efficient HR processes and services across the company.

Description
* Supporting the HR team in the execution of HR initiatives.
* Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Providing advice and guidance on HR matters to staff and management.
* Coordinating recruitment processes, including the screening and shortlisting of candidates.
* Managing employee relations issues, such as grievances and disciplinaries.
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR services and processes.
* Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
* Participating in HR projects as required.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
* A degree in Human Resources ideally CIPD Level 5
* Proven experience in a HR role within a blue collar industry
* Excellent knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

* 40 hour working week with 1-2 days WFH
