Residential Property Paralegal
This Legal 100 firm is keen to hire an experienced residential property paralegal to join the growing team in its London office.
In this role you will be part of a team acting for an array of clients including High Net Worth individuals, developers, investors overseas buyers and corporate clients.  
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
* Supporting fee earners with all types of residential property transactions 
* Land Registry Searches
* Preparing Contract Packs
* Post Completion & Post Exchange matters
