My client is recruiting for a Sales Administrator to help out at this very busy period, ideally, you’ll have experience working within the property industry and knowledge of the sales process.. . Duties and Responsibilities include:. . * Supporting customers with the sale of their property . * Supporting the Sales Mangers . * First point of contact for accounts, land, technical, construction, customer care and commercial . * Processing help to buy claims and amendments . * Responding to all sales enquires in a timely manner . * Chasing site for outstanding documents for anything relating to the sale of a house . * Raising cheques and invoices. * Checking and chasing completion statements. * Checking and approving contracts . * Liaising with solicitors on a regular basis . * Updating/uploading spreadsheet and documents . * Running and creating weekly as well as monthly reports. . The ideal candidate:. . * Great communicator . * Hard working and reliable . * Knowledge of the property market and sales process . * IT literate - Excel and CRM . * Ability to work under pressure . .
