About the Role:
You’ll provide top-notch PA and secretarial support to the firm’s new employment department, working closely with two senior fee earners.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Support two fee earners with PA and secretarial tasks
* Handle administrative duties related to the employment department
* Manage diaries, appointments and meetings
* Book travel arrangements
* Prepare and manage confidential documents and correspondence
* Compile reports as needed
* Professionally communicate with clients and manage queries
* Ensure efficient document management and filing
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a law firm is a must
* Preferably have direct PA/secretarial experience
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
