This is one of our favourite clients to work with, we love their ethos and commitment to provide a service that puts the people they support at the heart of everything they do, outcomes are the first priority and ensuring people progress and become as independent as possible is key. 

As an Registered manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the day to day operations of the home are in line with the ethos and values, as well as ensuring the regulatory compliance is kept to the highest standard.

* Confident in OFSTED compliance and management 

* Strong team leadership skills
* NVQ level 5 in Children and Young people 

* Full UK driving licence
* Passion to support children and young people with EBD
