Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to Year 3 pupils, ensuring that each child is supported and challenged to achieve their best. You will be joining a supportive team of professionals committed to making a difference in the lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
* Participate in professional development and contribute to the school’s continuous improvement.
* Uphold the school’s policies and procedures, including those related to safeguarding and child protection.
Person Specification:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3, is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to engage in new initiatives.
* A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to teaching and learning.
