We are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join an Ipswich based business on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:
* Handling month end accounting processes
* Analysing business performance, identifying trends and improvement areas
* Generating management reports with actionable insights
* Conducting financial planning and analysis for strategic decisions
* Providing financial insights to support operational decision-making
* Supporting the external audit process
* Carrying out ad-hoc analysis to deliver key operational and management information

Key skills:
* Qualified by experience, part-qualified or qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA
* Proactive and initiative-taking, identifying opportunities for improvement
* Strong team player
* Maintains a positive, can-do attitude
