Reporting to Credit Control Manager, this is a key role which provides efficient credit control services to the business. Delivering Quality over quantity, a strong customer service ethos is key to maintain relationships with clients and within the business.
* Credit control for multiple offices
* Post incoming payments and raise credit notes to the sales ledger team
* Opening of new accounts & carrying out background checks
* Communicating to clients by phone & email
* Make a positive contribution to achieve Credit Control team cash targets
