Description
As HR Business Partner you will be responsible for;
* Partnering senior stakeholders and stakeholder populations
* Deliver an efficient HR service for assigned sites with the support of wider HR team
* Manage all Employee Relations casework
* Support and upskill line managers
* Support wider group projects
* Drive forward data based decision making
Profile
The successful candidate will be;
* Forward thinking, able to drive business solutions
* Strong partnering skills at senior level
* Proven track record at Business Partner level or similar
* Proven track record operating within a matrix structured, fast paced environment
* Resilient but also able to adapt
* L7 CIPD or QBE
