Job Description:
A leading Construction & Property Consultancy renowned for its innovative and dynamic approach is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join their team in Leeds.
The Construction Project Manager Role
This role offers the exciting opportunity to manage a variety of educational projects, encompassing both Higher and Further education sectors, as well as Healthcare and Retail schemes, from inception to completion.
The consultancy prides itself on its bespoke service, tailoring its approach to meet the unique needs of each project and client, ensuring success across a spectrum of refurbishments and large-scale new build schemes.
In this pivotal role, the incoming Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects, demonstrating an appreciation for and the ability to adapt to the specific requirements of the business and project at hand.
From managing refurbishments starting at £100k to steering large-scale new build schemes valued at £20m+, the successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading a variety of projects within the educational sector, including Higher and Further education environments.
* Tailoring services to fit the specific needs of each project, ensuring successful outcomes.
* Managing project lifecycles from inception to completion, including refurbishments and large-scale new builds.
* Collaborating closely with clients, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice and solutions.
The Construction Project Manager
* Must have previous Project Management experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
* Should hold a BSc/MSc in Project Management or a related construction field
* MRICS ideally (or MCIOB / MAPM)
* Employers Agent / Contract Administration experience is highly desirable
* A successful track record delivering projects from inception to completion RIBA 0-7 ideally
