A specialist, chartered quantity surveying consultancy that offers bespoke APC mentoring, is seeking an intelligent, proactive Assistant Quantity Surveyor for their Cambridge office.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor’s role
Alongside tailored APC support, the new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will get exposure to a variety of leisure, healthcare, retail, and education projects.
On the above projects, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will get to see them through the entirety of their life cycle including being on site, as well as in the office.
Day to day work will include:
* Measuring
* Tendering
* BoQ
* Managing change / variations
* Agree final accounts
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor
* Completed a RICS accredited / Construction related degree
* 6+ months quantity surveying experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Comfortable using excel
* Personable, enthusiastic, hard working
