Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that inspire curiosity and creativity.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels safe and valued.
* Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and staff to support each child’s development.
* Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and development.
* Ensure a high standard of health and safety at all times.
Requirements:
* Level 3 Early Years Qualification or equivalent.
* Passion for early childhood education and the Curiosity Approach.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Commitment to continuous professional development.
