Due to growth, they have a need for a Finance Manager to join the organisation in a newly created role. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in working with various external stakeholders alongside a strong financial management skill-set. . Key Responsibilities:. * Manage the financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting for multiple revenue streams. * Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. * Work closely with external stakeholders to provide financial analysis and support for decision making. * Identify and manage financial risks. * Develop and implement policies and procedures for the effective management of projects. * Prepare month end accounts. * Management of 1 Assistant Accountant. Qualifications:. * Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA). * Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. * Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. * Excellent leadership and management skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
