The Building Surveyors’ role
The successful Building Surveyor will gain extensive industry exposure, working across both private and public sectors to support the delivery of various prestigious and high-profile projects.
The Building Surveyor will be responsible for providing professional services such as party wall advice, dilapidations, surveys and contract administration, working on schemes from feasibility through to design and handover.
This position is ideal for a driven and determined Building Surveyor who’s looking to work on iconic projects for globally recognised clients, solving complex problems that influence the future of the built environment.
The Building Surveyor
The Building Surveyor will ideally be an ambitious individual with both project and professional Building Surveying experience behind them.
* Consultancy experience is preferred
* MRICS qualification is ideal but on the APC pathway / keen to complete this process is beneficial
* Varied project experience is ideal
