EL/PL Solicitor or Fee Earner
Liverpool (Flexible Home Working)
£35,000 - £50,000
My client seeks an Assistant Lawyer to work with the firms Partner on high-value EL/PL and RTA cases over £1 million.
What You’ll Do:
* Handle complex injury claims (brain, spinal, amputation, fatal).
* Communicate with insurer clients.
* Analyze quantum evidence and medical records.
* Draft technical advice on claims.
* Interview witnesses and draft statements.
* Attend conferences, mediations, and court.
* Mentor a Paralegal.
What You Need:
* Qualified solicitor, CILEX, or legal experience.
* Expertise in indemnity, liability, and quantum.
* Large loss/CAT claims experience.
* Strong litigation knowledge.
* Client-focused and eager to grow.
