Job Description:
An immediate temporary role has arisen for a Credit Control Assistant in central Norwich.
Flexible, hybrid working with 2 days per week in the office and 3 at home.
5-6 months in length, possibly longer.
Central location.

The role:

* Responsible for the recovery of overdue payments
* Contribute to the provision of support for those customers in receipt of universal credit, offering support where required
* To handle queries and complaints, proving highest quality of customer service
* Set up payment arrangements as well as providing and signposting to relevant advice
* Instigating legal proceedings and the administration of court applications
* Assist in making recommendations on current debt recovery policies and procedures 
* To ensure compliance of key performance indicators.


Skills required:
Established experience with debt recovery and credit control
High levels of customer service
Strong IT skills
