Job Description:
We have been asked to recruit a part-time Financial Services Administrator for a Wealth Management company based in Market Harborough.
The working hours are Tuesday to Thursday 9am - 2pm, a total of 15 hours per week.
The business has been providing bespoke financial solutions to clients for many years, business has been good, and this position is to support the growing team.
We love recruiting for this company and have worked with them for nearly 5 years.
To be considered for the position, you’ll need to have experience of working in the financial services industry.
Below is an overview of the role…
* Archiving documents as and when necessary
* Maintaining and updating all spreadsheets within the office
* Answering the phone and dealing with client queries
* Ensure that all business applications are processed accurately and efficiently, in a compliant manner to the firm’s standards
* Input and maintain accurate client records on the office systems and Investment Platform.
* Prepare client review reports.
* Ensure all supporting documentation is maintained as per company procedures
* Ensure all work is followed up promptly in line with company standards
