This Leeds-based team (offering hybrid working) is looking to hire an experienced candidate to assist with defendant related public sector claims. This is a great opportunity to work on a high value and sensitive caseload for a variety of clients, defending primarily Abuse and EL/PL claims within a fantastic team.
Required experience:
*  1-3 years’ + experience preferred *NQ’s will be considered if they have solid ELPL casualty experience*
*  Track record of capably handling EL/PL and highways claims
*  Experience with blue light and stress, harassment and abuse claims
Clients:
*  Public sector (local authorities)
*  Large, self-insured businesses and organisations
*  Insurers
*  Blue light services
Cases:
*  Employers liability
*  Public liability
*  Abuse, stress and complex claims
*  Casualty claims
